The open living room (280 SF) connects directly to the back patio. The bedroom (130 SF) includes a dedicated closet, and the full bathroom (65 SF) is fitted with a glass shower enclosure. A mechanical and laundry room (50 SF) rounds out the interior. A 185 SF front patio and 220 SF rear patio extend the usable living space outdoors.

Construction & Design Details
The exterior combines 1×6 vertical siding with 2×4 running bond siding and metal fascia under a shed-style exposed rafter roof with standing seam metal roofing. The structure is built on a 4" radiant concrete slab over rigid foam insulation, with 2×6 stud framing at 16" on center. Open 3×12 beams rest on 12×12 posts, giving the interior a clean structural aesthetic. All four exterior elevations include gutters and downspouts, and the roof design accommodates optional water collection or solar panels.
